Description

What is coffee post-harvest processing?! How do we make sense of the terms, phrases, and names for processing methods? This workshop will introduce you to coffee post-harvest processing and provide some basic understanding of these processes to equip you as you work with producers and have conversations with your importer. A component of this course will be tasting coffees of various processing methods.
